About Eleonora Orloff, OD
Since she’s been in practice for nearly two decades, Eleonora Orloff, OD, has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide variety of eye conditions. She is a partner at Bronx Eye Associates in the Bronx in New York City.
Dr. Orloff earned her doctor of optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City. She went on to complete her residency in ocular disease and primary care optometry through East New York Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Brooklyn.
Early in her career, Dr. Orloff served as an attending optometrist at the Laser and Microsurgery Institute in New York City. While there, she treated and diagnosed ocular disease, cataracts, and glaucoma, among other serious eye issues. Dr. Orloff even gained extensive experience in performing laser eye surgery.
Until 2012, Dr. Orloff served as an associate clinical professor in the department of clinical sciences at the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City. She was responsible for teaching and supervising interns and residents who were at the end of their educational training requirements.
Dr. Orloff continues to stay involved in research and teaching. She regularly lectures and presents her research on a variety of optometry topics at conventions throughout the United States.
Dr. Orloff is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, and she’s currently accepting new patients.
